Today, a majority of the D.C. Council voted against repealing Initiative 82! Thank you CM Janeese Lewis George for your leadership, and Charles Allen, Zachary Parker, Brianne K. Nadeau, Councilmember Matt Frumin, Christina Henderson, and Robert White for preventing a wage cut for tipped workers.

Ranked choice voting is coming to DC!   I was proud to vote for @CHenderson and Brianne K. Nadeau's amendment to fund Initiative 83 and expand choice in District elections.   This is a win for fairer elections and upholding the will of the voters.
