Hi guys QoQ - i did some PP pledging to unlock a PP module. However after pledging 4 weeks at R3 I didn’t have time to buy those module as I got caught up IRL stuff. I am now back at R2 do I need to repeat the whole grind and wait another 4 more weeks?

Quick question CMDRs - I am trying to engage in the current combat CG - I managed to choose my faction (Feds) and engage in the combats - destroyed some ships but I didnt get any combat bond credits :( am I doing something wrong?
