According to the Special Investigations Unit, an occupant of the cargo van which was travelling in the wrong direction on Highway 401 is dead along with 3 innocent people who were killed in the multi-vehicle collision: a 55 year old, a 60 year old & an infant. A 5th person has serious injuries.
