Winterwatch at RSPB Arne has returned to full onsite production, with us providing the facilities to accommodate OB, Edit & Wildlife crews. Working with BBC Natural History Unit the 24/7 operation delivers 4 live BBC2 & 4 ‘Watch Out’ Digital shows & 12 hours of daily streaming.

We had the privilege of hosting a day for Steve Challes, who is a real OB enthusiast and fantastic photographer. Over many years, Steve has been a valuable friend to the industry and has provided numerous quality photographs that have captured the diverse range of OB work.

Last week, we covered a number of great SPFL jobs including the SPFL Trust Trophy, Falkirk v The New Saints for Sunset+Vine.  And also in Scotland, we worked on the two excellent political debate shows, Debate Night in Stirling and Question time in Glasgow for Mentorn Media.

This week BBC Question Time was at Uni of Nottingham #WeAreUoN so we didn’t have far to travel from our East Midlands HQ. We are privileged to have been providing OB services to the show since 2012. As always, it’s great to be working with Mentorn Media on the lively debate show.

We had some great jobs over the last few days including the Spain vs Columbia match at the London Stadium and the Trust Trophy Cup Final - Falkirk vs The New Saints for Sunset+Vine and Rondo. Thank you to all the team.

We’ve had a busy week so far, with some great jobs including: the UEFA European Qualifier - Wales v Poland for Rondo Media, UEFA Women’s Champions League match - Chelsea v AFC Ajax for Dazn and the international friendly, Scotland v Northern Ireland for Viaplay

It was such a great night at Wembley Stadium with England v Sweden for the Women’s Euro Qualifier for ITV sport and also at the European Professional Club Rugby Challenge Cup, for Viaplay. And we have a packed weekend of sport OBs.

We had great time in Navarra, Spain for the British Superbikes 2024. We provided full track coverage, RF, GFX, web streams and race control integration. And also the first running of EVS Xeebra as VAR for race control. EVS Broadcast Equipment

It’s been a significant week for political OBs with us covering the Mayoral Debates in Manchester, Birmingham and Tottenham, BBC Debate Night in Aberdeen & BBC Question Time in Tottenham. And it was great that we had an all female guarantee crew for Question Time. Mentorn Media

Over the last week, our teams have been working diligently to produce an impressive series of back-to-back broadcasts nationwide, featuring numerous standout moments. From football to bowls and from rugby to snooker.

We’re back at RSPB Arne, providing full onsite facilities, one last time. Working with the BBC Natural History Unit, our team supports OB, edit & wildlife crews in this 24/7 operation, delivering: - 4 live shows on BBC 2 - 12 hours of daily live streaming Nature at its best!

We’re delighted that our IT apprentice Jack Robinson has passed his Information Communications Technician (Support Technician): Level 3" apprenticeship with Distinction. It was awarded by the @IfATE (Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education). We’re so proud of him
