Ireland should be immensely proud of the growth of its agriculture sector in the half-century since it entered the EU in 1973. Irish farming has a very positive story to tell, but it’s not getting through. Irish Farmers' Association must play a stronger role in promoting this message.

So given indicators of agri emissions are all down this year (fertiliser ⬇️, milk intake ⬇️ & stock numbers ⬇️) While SUV sales ⬆️ Diesel ⬆️ Coal/oil for electric ⬆️ Flying (massively) ⬆️ It shows how poorly our sector is managing messaging that we're the focus in media
