Foodbanks in The Trussell Trust network distributed over 3 million emergency food parcels in 2023. The highest number ever and a 4% increase on the previous year.
I don’t want a country where there is more foodbanks than McDonalds. I’m committed to ending the need for them.
We could always borrow US planes to make up the numbers...like we do when our carriers sail without enough UK F35s available.
