Chicago is not referenced, but poor black people were tricked to the south suburbs when officials knew there were no city bus routes. If poor people spend 50% of their income on housing; 40% went to transportation. In addition 50% of their food stamps went to greedy neighbors!

Unfortunately we do not get moving expenses as a tax write off unless we are military or other, until the year 2024, I believe.
