Your job as a trader is not to make money It’s to follow the plan There are days you make money, but on terrible decisions And days you lose money but follow your plan perfectly Don’t judge your trades on your P/L ever

This has helped me more than anything else to get my first payout: HTF Narrative is everything, without it there are no trades. The confluences don’t matter, if you can identify what liquidity needs to be swept then you can make anything work. You must learn this through

If the draw on liquidity is hit before you get an entry, what do you do? Do you force trades where there is none? Patience is key.

I’m proud of me. My trading psychology improved after realizing it was wrecking me (weird market conditions didn’t help either). The simple things people tend to overlook like WAITING for your setup & managing risk are what actually bring consistency and success. Trade the plan.

1L & 2Ws. If I were to change anything, it’s not avoiding the loss, but sticking to the original plan on the first W. I took a buy lower at 563, but closed early off emotion. Re-entered higher with same plan. Trade the plan. 💯 Making huge progress with my trading psychology. 🤠

$NQ This is the type of PA where discipline shines. If you don’t have it and can’t refrain from being hands off, it’s account blowing season. Discipline is what keeps your edge together regardless of what kind model you are manually trading.

If you followed your rules, but still ended red, that’s okay. You can’t avoid losses, but you can avoid tilting.

Can’t believe I fumbled the buy earlier and closed it before it spiked to PWH in 2 seconds. Emotions got in the way and I didn’t stick to my plan 🤦🏽‍♀️ trading is 90% fighting emotions. Made up for it with the short and stuck to the plan this time!! Wild candles today on $NQ

You have two roles as a trader: - Make money - Keep that money. Some get lucky at #1, but most don't know how to do #2 Real traders have a system for #1, and a system for #2. Follow it. No. Matter. WHAT.
