There isn't any shock here. His first term was like that as well. People excited to be part of the power structure, until they got the insider view and realized that his detractors were right. His second cabinet will be a revolving door just like the first.

That was bloody obvious before Trump's first term. There's a reason the CIA issued a burn notice against the Trump Whitehouse in January of 2017.
