Its with sadness we announce that Dave “Smeggie” Foster passed away in Spain last Sunday evening in the intensive care unit of Motril Hospital with Covid 19 symptoms. A gentle giant & truely lovely man. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.

Great game for ClaverdonRFC yesterday, at one point the combined age of our second row was 102 with Simon Waterworth and myself. The always classy oppo Shottery RFC had a couple of even older players and it wasn't even a vets game. Social rugby is strong in Warwickshire 💪👊🏉🍻
