A3. Brainstorming, surveys, student led conferences are ways to incorporate voice. Ss can choose the format or process for learning content or how to demonstrate their learning of this content. #CravenEdChat

A4. Creating an environment that empowers Ss to understand the way learning takes place, and to become active in their learning. Ss must understand that learning is a process to which adjustments are made through feedback, in order to improve outcomes. #cravenedchat

A2. Sharing a common goal is essential to keeping the team focused. Each member must commit to this goal. When teammates are unavailable, the common goal prevails among those remaining. This often requires that other members step in and up! #cravenedchat

A3. It is so important to be a good listener as well as someone to encourage others to press on. Everyone experiences loss at some point. It’s important to acknowledge it, learn and grow, and move on. #CravenEdChat
