In YPS History , we have learnt more about Henry VIII's six wives and are now discussing which one we think was most suited to him and why, before presenting our thoughts to the class.

In Music this morning, we are playing 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' by Judy Garland.

I am impressed with the high quality, mature conversations we have had in PSHE this morning. We talked about the risks of spending money online and how to avoid being taken advantage of.

There's a buzz in the classroom today as the children are solving problem solving and reasoning problems to crack the code that will help them escape the classroom! YPS Maths #teamwork

Well done to Zain, Saifan and Kajus plus Adam, Mohsin and Jaiden, who were the first groups to crack the code in our escape room! Their mathematical reasoning, problem solving skills, and #teamwork was brilliant!

We are having fun in our Geography lesson this morning! We have located the worlds largest deserts across the seven continents, and are creating informative PowerPoints all about the Mojave Desert.

Please come into school tomorrow dressed in red, white and blue to celebrate VE day! Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow.

On Monday 7th July, please can you send your child in with some Tupperware/a lunchbox, so that they can put the salad they will be making in it, before taking it home to enjoy with you!

In YPS Art and Design this morning, we are making observational drawings of houses.
