Unexpected item in the Tesco Carpark Belongs to my friend Matt He’s had it as a project dragged from the bottom of a garden for as long as I can remember & last week he finally got it on the road 👏👏👏👏👍😎

Well that was unexpected ! 😊🏆

So, never been outside U.K. 🇬🇧 sold new here in 1954 Owner buys a cherished registration E13OLD then sells the original non prefix 1954 reg Has 1987 reg transferred onto 1954 car in 2013 How? Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency How? How is this possible when car not left 🇬🇧imported or exported? 🤔🤷‍♂️
