Our Cleft++ Mentoring Service was designed to make sure that no young person born with a cleft, goes through their journey alone.💙 The service uses a specialist online platform to safely connect 10-17-year-olds born with a cleft to a trained mentor. 🔗 buff.ly/3QmZFqz
