What a night at the track! Mechanicsburg HS Track & Field win the Ohio Heritage Conference North (and overall) 4x800 relay! District Championships were a success! I have qualified in 4 events for the Regional competition. I am so excited and grateful to be heading into another week! Results: 4x800m: 2:23 split 🥇 400m: 59.22 PR 🥈 800m: 2:26.95 🥈 4x400m: 62 split 🥈

On Friday, I competed at the DIII OHSAA State Competition in the 400m. I ran 59.85, placing 13th, and what a great way to end my season! Thank you God, my coaches, family, and teammates for supporting me this season. I can’t wait for one more!
