Our modified self-controlled case series (dx.doi.org/10.1002/pds.70…) did not identify an increased #ischemic_stroke risk with #PPI_monotherapy. However, co-prescription with #antithrombotics was associated with a higher risk. Careful monitoring is needed for them. Celine Chui HKU
