We are shocked and appalled by today's attack at a synagogue in Manchester. Our hearts go out to all affected. We reject all forms of terror and hate, including antisemitism. We are determined to remain united and face down those who seek to divide and harm us.

It was fantastic to celebrate the topping out of the latest phase of 323 homes at Clapham Park with MTVH, Vistry and Lambeth Council. Once completed, the full development will have 4,200 refurbished or new homes, 50% of them affordable homes with funding from Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.

✅ More affordable homes for Lambeth residents. Today, I joined partners to celebrate 100 new affordable homes in Oval, part of a major plan to deliver over 1,350 new homes, 35% affordable. I’ll continue to be ambitious: pushing for more homes for Lambeth residents.

It was great to celebrate 100 brand new affordable homes in Oval this morning delivered by Peabody and Berkeley Group. In total this development will deliver more than 1,350 homes, 35% affordable with funding from the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.

✅ APPROVED: 92 new homes will be developed in Streatham by Lambeth Council and Pocket Living. 50 percent of these homes will be affordable. We're working hard to unlock more sites and deliver more affordable homes for residents.
