We know the pandemic isn’t over. Even before Omicron, many clinically extremely vulnerable people were continuing to shield or take extra precautions. But as we do emerge from the pandemic, we can’t go back to ‘business as usual’.

Getting rid of free Covid tests is not ‘living with Covid’. It just means vulnerable people will see fewer loved ones and will be able to enjoy less of their lives. It is unfair and unjust.
