Not an easy way to put it, but here it goes. Joe Kelly, who most of you on here know as Mouth Of The South (End) TBG, has passed away. Joe was a great friend of mine, loved all things Louisville, and was someone who wasn’t afraid to speak his mind (regardless what it was).
