Back from an amazing #NewHarvest2022 conference. So great meeting many friends in person for the first time. Two days of wonderful talks, discussions, and engagement with the Cell Ag community. Much work remains and the field needs New Harvest more than ever!

Our preprint is out! Its main goal was to show that it may be possible to aggregate individual fat cells to form whole tissues in food applications. This avoids having to directly grow large/whole tissues, which is more difficult (i.e., costly). 🧵1/3 tinyurl.com/mrxb37ds
