Community Justice Collective TENANTS WIN INTERIM ORDER FOR RELIEF! LTB orders Barney River to fix ALL issues in people’s homes! This is a massive win for tenants whose homes have been in a state of disrepair for YEARS. This order came from the LTB, but it’s because 300+ tenants organized together✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼

I gotta give a huge shout out to my neighbour, Yogesh who represented his tenant union like a total boss. The LTB and Landlord Lawyers can be so scary and disheartening, but Yogesh knew he was standing with hundreds of neighbours at this hearing and was completely FEARLESS!💪🏼❤️
