The T-Park in Ostrava-Pustkovec is set for expansion with a new multifunctional building. Ostrava signed a contract of purchase with CTP Czech, which already runs 3 industrial parks in the city. The total usable area will be 32.000 m2. The opening is scheduled for the end of 2027

Ostrava has announced an architectural competition for the Municipal Services Building in the Black Meadow quarter of the city centre. 📆The competition is open, the deadline for submitting design proposals is ➡ 20 November. The results will be in the middle of next year.
