This peninsula looks like a great place to build a great world city…. It’s a pity no one has attempted to build one there yet.

I see a lot of houses like this being built in Charlotte NC. They seem to be generally well proportioned, decent window sizes and visually interesting, while not being unnecessarily complex. McMansions are upping their game and I love to see it… I guess?
