The FireAngel "customer service" is probably the worst I've ever come across. I'm still waiting after 2 weeks for them to admit the unit is faulty and send out a replacement so that I can protect my household again. They often leave at least a day between contact to stall.

Is there an industry body or Government department this can be escalated to?
