CIL Research Fellow Dita Liliansa participated in the ILA Committee meeting on Protection of People at Sea on 28 April 2025 in Cape Town, South Africa. The meeting was followed by the conference “Rounding the Cape – Storms of Good Hope for the Law of the Sea,” on 28-30 April 2025.


CIL researchers Dita Liliansa Dita Liliansa & Digvijay Rewatkar joined as Facilitators at the inaugural "Law of Naval Warfare Academy" in Manila (15–17 May), guiding wargame-style simulations for Indo-Pacific military officers on legal & strategic issues in naval conflict.


CIL Research Fellow Dita Liliansa Dita Liliansa spoke at the RSIS–King’s College Workshop (7–8 May), held alongside the 9th IMSC in Singapore. She joined a panel on emerging maritime security concerns, discussing unmanned systems & space–maritime issues.
