This morning I ran loops in my town doing hills and pickups at each loop. Then I ran two longer pickups near the end. Followed by stretching and abdominal exercises. In the afternoon I went to Planet Fitness for 30 minutes elliptical stepper.

I was so busy yesterday I forgot to post. In the morning I ran an easy pace for 6.7 miles followed by stretching and abdominal exercises. Then I went to work where I hosted an Open House on a nice property in Springfield and then showed property in Nixa.

This morning I ran a light fartlek workout in my town for 6.4 miles, followed by stretching and abdominal workout. Then in the afternoon I went to the YMCA where I sat in the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and then ran in the pool for 30 minutes.

Two workouts at my home gym. In the morning I walked 3 miles on my treadmill in 54:57, followed by core exercises. Then in the afternoon I rode the stationary bike 22.1 miles in one hour.

It was a pretty chilled workout day for a hot summer Sunday. In the morning my wife and I walked 2.1 miles in the neighborhood. In the afternoon I worked out inside doing 30 minutes elliptical stepper, 30 minutes stationary bike (10.43 miles), and abdominal workout.

Cross training recovery day for me. In the afternoon I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes for 11.42 miles followed by abdominal workout. I was kicking it in the last few minutes, so not a very good picture.

This morning I went to our local track first walk one mile as a warmup, then ran 3.1 miles that included 18 diagonal pickups across the infield. In the afternoon I went to the YMCA where I did 30 minutes arc trainer and weights.

First my wife and I walked 3.2 miles in the neighborhood. Afterwards I ran 4.2 miles. Both efforts were very slow and easy due to the heat but still worked up a good sweat.
