And just like that my 12-week clinical at Kessler is done. Wow. I'm officially a Doctor of Physical Therapy!!

Today I become a part of the 5% of Black Physical Therapists. 12 weeks of working as a pelvic floor therapist and I can confidently say I have found my passion in PT. Officially Dr. Michaela J, DPT 🩺🤍

I said goodbye to one of my first patients and before they transferred to another unit they had a very difficult time speaking due to their brain injury. When my CI said I was going to become a doctor, they said "I'm happy." That will be a memory I cherish forever.

What can I say? God is good!

One week until the board exam!! If it weren't for my study group & friends, I think I would be going insane. It takes a tribe and I'm forever grateful for them.
