Chu Hoi Dick was arrested and searched by the police at 0640am this morning. He was charged with two crimes related to July 1st: holding or organizing an unauthorized assembly and, knowingly participating in an unauthorized assembly.

Released on bail. I am charged with organizing an unauthorized assembly on July 1st 2020. First hearing on Dec 17th 2020. This is my fifth charge in 2020.

Eddie Chu was again arrested this morning at 6:25 am pertaining to the 35+ primary election. Eddie Chu is accused of breaching the draconian National Security Law. It is not yet known which Police station has been sent to.

12:34 PM News update: Eddie is now detained at Tai Po Police Station for investigation (The photo shows the situation when he was taken away this morning)

15:27 PM update: Eddie chu is now confirmed locating at Pat Heung police station. We have yet to know when he will be granted bail.

[Looking for Eddie] Pat Heung Police Station has notified us that Eddie has been sent to Tai Po Police Station at four o’clock today. We couldn’t locate him at Tai Po police station. So we called Yuen Long Police Station to look for him. Till now, no one could give us an answer.

Eddie CHU Hoi-dick was formally charged with "conspiracy to subvert state power" together with 46 other pro-democracy activists. Bail denied.
