We tapped a Sugar Maple behind the school. We collected some sap, and I used a crock pot to reduce it (first time for me). Ss sampled the first round today. The consensus was "delicious"! Boyne River P.S. Special thanks to Sarah Beth Reilly for helping point us in the right direction!

Culminating activity for Social Studies! Ss explored gov't roles in addressing environmental issues. For #EarthWeek, they're creating board games to entertain and educate others to demonstrate their learning. Boyne River P.S.
