New paper in PLoS Comp Biol! Jack O'Shea used molecular dynamics to find sites for cpGFP insertion, creating functional biosensors in a periplasmic binding protein. He identified known sites but also discovered new ones, which he validated in the lab. journals.plos.org/ploscompbiol/a…
