People are saying OKC is playing like they know they have Game 7 at home. I disagree. Indiana is playing like their season is on the line tonight.

It won’t be easy but there’s a lot of basketball to play. Defend the 3 point line better, knock some down on offense, and stop turning the ball over. It’s easier said than done but that’s what has to happen for OKC to get back in this.

Kind of thought this would happen after Haliburton went down. Indiana just doesn’t have their floor general and the guy that keeps them calm in these situations.

Honestly surprised by this. I thought he would be one of the casualties of having to pay Shia and then JDub and Chet. Also, thought he’d want, and get, a bigger opportunity somewhere else.

I like this. Is Russell the best point guard? No. But he has plenty of experience running an offense and can hold down the fort until Kyrie comes back. At that point, he’ll be a very good backup point guard.

The Mavericks. This doesn’t even show Gafford, PJ Washington, Najk Marshall, or D. Russell who will all come off the bench. That second unit it pretty darn good.

This is a unimpressive list. The best players are a power forward that’s flashed potential but not much more and a future hall of famer that’s 40.

With the way the Women’s draw has been chewed up at Wimbledon, the 18-yr-old Andreeva has a real shot to win the title. Won’t be easy. She’ll likely have to go through either Swiatek or Rybakina in the semis & Sabalenka in the finals but the draw opened up fairly nice for her.
