As a cyclist, I'm shocked to see so many cyclists in London without lights. If cyclists without lights get injured in an RTA I think there should be a starting presumption of 100% contributory negligence on cyclists' part, which they can then rebut (if they can).

Congrats to #TeamGB HENRY FIELDMAN: the first person to win a medal in both male AND female #Olympic events!! He's just won an Olympic bronze medal in a women's event 3 years after achieving the same success in the men's event.....as a coxswain both times!! 👍😃🚣
