My second Chicago Marathon with some amazing ladies! Although I’ve battled a hamstring injury the last two weeks, I’m here and ready to give it a try! Regardless of the outcome, I’m blessed to line up for 8th marathon. #respectthedistance #26.2miles #marathonmom

Chicago Marathon #2: Grateful to have lined up with 50,000 runners on Sunday, but a hamstring injury cut my race short at 5 miles. Tough to DNF, but I know it was the right call & I needed to listen to my body. Time to heal up and get ready to run like a gladiator in March 🇮🇹❤️
