Our local Vancouver Street Battle Okizeme got nominated for best local, and I do really think it's the best. We have - 10+ brackets including old games (mvc2, 3s, bbcf) - 30+ setups - 100-200 attendees per event - stage, projector, stream - walking distance to GOOD food

Reminder that the winner of Capcom Cup Street Fighter 6 made more money than any single player at Dota 2 TI even after giving half of his winnings to his vtuber oshi

I realized that even though I joined Xrd at Slashback I don't actually own the game.. do I just do this to practice instead

On the way back to Canada. Had a great time at Slashback, best venue and great to see old and new friends. Happy getting 5th, definitely coming back every year!

❌ I chose the incorrect answer for Who's Got GRD? on 05/27/2025 😔 Play here: whosgotgrd.com who even pays attention to the grd cycle anyway

DDR is the highest skill gap game by far A top player can clear everything in the game in a day, others will take 3+ years to do so And you aren't getting close to beating the best in the world even with 10+ years of practice because its physically exhausting to play 3+ hrs/day

I've probably spent less time practicing or watching vods of fighting games in the past year than probably anyone else who enters tournaments, but I still have a great time Instead I watch pro vods of volleyball tournaments and discovers that capcom goes hard in that game
