Hey @CNPalerts, we entered our meter number and your system says we have power — but we kindly disagree. (Yes, we have checked our circuit breaker.) Please add us to your 115k customers without power.

Just an update that we have had steady power since Friday PM. Very grateful that our apartment front office has been so diligent about getting CenterPoint to fix faulty transformers and keeping residents updated when every other entity has failed on acting and communicating.

Post-#Beryl views of 1) Buffalo Bayou and 2) Allen Parkway immediately west of Studemont/Montrose. We lost power at 7:51 a.m.; fingers crossed for smooth CenterPoint Energy restoration especially as we're hosting our niece and nephew from California!

Do these restoration numbers reflect nested outages? CenterPoint claims a transformer for my apt building is my complex's equipment problem; a third-party electrician confirmed it's CenterPoint's problem. (This happened during Uri, and it was definitely CenterPoint's problem!)

Today, I watched five cars blow the red light at Westheimer and Post Oak, plus another car turn left from Memorial, on a solidly red arrow right as oncoming traffic got the green.
