St. Louis Public School District officials have announced that several schools damaged in last month’s tornado won’t reopen in time for the start of the new school year. As a result many impacted students will be attending different schools to start the new school year.

BREAKING: Scene on I-44 westbound in Fenton. A big rig rolled over onto its side about 3:20 AM this morning blocking 44 westbound in this area. 44 west is closed at Bowles- all 44 west traffic is being diverted there. No injuries being reported. Unclear what caused the wreck.

UPDATE: Here is an updated look at scene in Fenton now that crews have uprighted big rig that rolled over in early morning hours. Incident caused I-44 westbound to be completely closed in that area for a while and then caused big traffic issues even after one lane was reopened.
