Erin has to go back to work tomorrow and I am not happy about it. She's had less rest than me. I wish I could do something to give her the break she truly deserves. This kinda shit is inhumane and I'm tired of pretending it's not.

My voice is harsh this morning but I'm going to sneak into scrum this morning to say hi to my team. It's been over a week now. I think it would help me feel more normal and I hope they'll be just as happy to see me. I won't be back to work till next week though.

I have to pay 1600 monthly for one of my meds. Thankfully I qualify for a coupon and it'll only be 499. It's cheaper if I just die.

Post heart attack depression hitting me hard this week. Hope this doesn't last too long.

First day back in the office after the heart attack was harder than I thought it would be. I'm exhausted. Can't wait to go to bed lol. Hopefully will get my strength/stamina back quickly, this sucks. I don't slow.

Excited that I'll be working with AI more at work. Just got added to a new team to explore it for m365 to start and there's more coming like Agent Force, local with Llama and others. Stoked!

Anyone want to go to all my meetings for me? They just keep adding more of them lately. I'm not sure when I'm supposed to get the work done that we talk about in all these meetings.

Starting to feel a lot more like myself since the last heart attack. Physically, I'm great. This time the depression has been harder to deal with and it's starting to ease up. I'm feeling the urge to create again and worked on some new essay drafts last night.

I also have a ton of new ideas for Fragments Engine and it's time to get back to that. I'm going to have a strong integration with Obsidian to start with since I use it for my long form stuff anyway.

Can you say you work in dev if half your day isn't meetings? I don't think you can.
