A pleasant evening at Whitlingham CP last night. Kingfisher, 2 Common Terns, good to see Barney still there and someone has been busy ringing the Mute Swans with orange rings - I have started my collection with 11 ring codes.

Local birding this afternoon, finally caught up with the 2W Yellow-legged Gull at Wensum Park, then had 7 Ring-necked Parakeets fly from the trees viewed from the city end of Hellesdon Road at 3:25 (to roost?)
