(1/8) Was on a DSMB lately and had a discussion with the sponsor regarding what data they would show us. The sponsor was concerned about “spending alpha” by showing us certain data. So a thread on what spends alpha (efficacy interims? futility? any look at all? etc).

Great bit of science communication. Shows the important of long-term investment in science.
