Had a horrible experience with Lyft today. Driver was ‘driving’ with one hand while holding phone, speeding and then ran a stop sign. Hit brakes so hard stuff flew out of the seats. Tried to contact Lyft but their online customer service blows. WTF?

Anyone else getting annoying emails from [email protected] ? I block but keep arriving. I’m sure someone there is nice enough to offer me the basic courtesy of taking me off their mailing list!!
