A week away I knew I would lose some gains ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ So how did I manage the situationโ€ฆ? 1. Exercise daily 2. Increase step count 3. Fast every morning until lunch time (saving calories for the day ahead) 4. Make smart choices on food throughout the day 5. Donโ€™t stress about it!
