What an impressive win tonight by the 49ers!

My absolute favorite beer is Shiner Cheer (by Shiner Beer). Sometime around 2009-10, Chris Ferera and I discovered it while at Blarney’s Pub in Mitchell SD. it’s become a tradition for us to text each other a photo when we find it. Today, I found the first one of the season.

Today marks 9 years since my brother died. Phillip was my best friend. I never made a major decision without consulting him. I even became a lawyer because of him. He had a massive personality and a touch of genius. I thought he’d live forever. I miss you and love you, Flip.

Championship teams don’t chase the scoreboard. They chase the standard. Wins are what show up on game day. Standards are what show up every day in meetings, workouts, and practice. Hold the standard and the wins will take care of themselves.
