.Chris Ello listed the 2 things that matter most for the Padres moving forward for the rest of the season: youtu.be/rt7hbqaRMfM

Padres starter Ryan Bergert joined Chris Ello & Matt Skraby to discuss how he prepares for his starts and his level of confidence pitching at the highest level: youtu.be/YYslP2wLKXE

Twice last night the San Diego Padres had a runner at second base with nobody out in the inning…and on neither occasion did the runner ever reach third, let alone score….this team (and good teams) can’t blow those opportunities…

A month is a bit overboard, but MLB should send some kind of message here…the San Diego Padres and their fans certainly despise (hate?) L.A. and their manager…Roberts’ behavior now takes that to another level…

New #Padres call up Trenton Brooks is playing for his hometown team and was right in the middle of the Padres/Dodgers rivalry. Chris Ello & Matt Skraby talked with him about it! youtube.com/watch?v=Lmvfh8…

.Tony Gwynn Jr. & Chris Ello recapped the series win for the #Padres, talked about Chris' trip to Vegas, had some angry Padres Pen Pal people, and a lot more! youtube.com/watch?v=XgF_bW…

Shildt takes out Wandy with two on, two outs in the 6th, brings in Hoeing with the San Diego Padres trailing 6-1…No argument with the move; just another example of Shildt being addicted to changing pitchers during an inning…Hoeing gets K to end inning..👍

The loss yesterday in Cincy gives the San Diego Padres a 3-10-1 series record this season against teams currently over .500….they have one such series win since the end of April…Big deal? Little deal? Or No deal?

Honestly, I don’t know in what world Fernando Tatis Jr. was a first-half All-Star this year…But if the San Diego Padres RF’s selection helped keep Juan Soto off the roster, I’m all for it…😊

It’s time to find out about the 2025 San Diego Padres … The Friars currently have a lousy 23-32 record against teams with a winning record. Over the next month they play only teams with winning records, except one series (3 games at Arizona)

Do you remember this moment? Jake Cronenworth thinks about it, also, from time to time….The San Diego Padres 2B is our guest today 2:40 pm on Gwynn & Chris, 97.3 The Fan

The San Diego Padres continue to be “Offensive” when at the plate…they have now won an (amazing) 18 games when scoring 3 or fewer runs…(38-15 when score 4 or more)… This is unlikely to hold up…Right?

Juan Soto out after fouling ball off his foot tonight …. The San Diego Padres fans will have to find someone else to boo loudly the rest of the way

For the team that couldn’t hit, make it 6 times in the last 12 games that the San Diego Padres have scored seven or more runs… Manny 7-1 San Diego
