Many such cases. I see posts like this from carnivores all day long. It would be beneficial to earn lower cholesterol. But no, you don't have to (and shouldn't) give up meat to do so. Just reduce liver, eggs, and dairy.

Do you know how this happens? It's actually wild. One contributor is Footstrike Hemolysis: Repeated impact from running, especially on hard surfaces, can damage red blood cells in the blood vessels of the feet. Damaged blood cells are excreted via urine - lowering iron levels.
