If you’re ever feeling grumpy, remember: you JUST DISSOCIATE! If you ignore your feelings other people won’t suspect a thing. Solves all problems.

I think this entirely depends on your unique bottlenecks. There are a few v common bottlenecks (emotional insecurity, IMO), but a long tail of weird shit (eg maybe there’s mold in your house). I would look for where you feel bottlenecked and back-chain. Anxious? Distracted? Sick?

The way I use massage is to locate tension. Once I find tension, it can be nice to squeeze, but the ultimate goal is to feel into the muscle, learn how to control and relax it, and then just never tense it. I’ve done this successfully with much of my body.
