We now have Tropical Storm Francine! Winds of 50 mph moving to the NNW at 5 mph. Francine is forecasted to become a category 1 hurricane and make landfall in Louisiana sometime on Wednesday PM. Hurricane watches are up for coastal areas

New 5 a.m. advisory from the NHC has Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine which is forecast to become #Helene as a major category 3 hurricane as it approaches the big bend of Florida on Thursday

5am advisory from the NHC has Tropical Storm Helene as a 65 mph storm with a pressure of 985 mb. Helene is still forecasted to become a major category 3 hurricane making landfall in Florida late Thursday
