Don’t know if any historic buildings/gardens folk can help identify this mysterious (presumably reused?) strap work in a south Glos barn? Apparently the 1688 house had a contemporary garden which is long lost. Could the strap work (and re-sited gateposts) have come from this?

Yesterday we installed these lovely new interpretation panels at Moseley Hall Dovecote. Great work as always by the fab davewalshcreative Also a shout out to the brilliant volunteers of the Moseley Society who take such good care of this special building and its garden!

The dovecote and the nearby Moseley Hall Icehouse Moseley Park & Pool are next open on Sat 14th and Sun 15th September as part of Bham Heritage Week
