Southbound US-101 at California Street #2 and #3 lanes are shut down due to flooding in the area. Unknown duration at this time. Caltrans is on-scene monitoring the situation. Traffic reduced to one lane which is causing slowing in the area. Please stay vigilant and drive safe.
