I reiterate that please give me the correspondence details of grievance department. The concerned person to contact. These clauses weren’t mentioned before.

The pick up was initiated and didn’t happen till now.

This product was returnable within 10 days. I applied within that time frame. It didn’t mention that it’s non returnable if received intact. This is neither the first order ive made with Amazon nor first return.

The product was not as it appeared in the images and specifications. It was not befitting the standards and also, the quality was cheap.

What kind of reply is this? I intent to escalate this matter to the grievance department. Please provide me the correspondence email, no and name of the authority.
