Thanks Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Can’t believe it’s 18 years ago since I competed. I’ll always remember that trip with Brian Turner and was lucky enough to judge with him at the APC UK dessert of the year this year. I encourage anything thinking of entering to give it a go.
